When will I receive my order?

Our website is linked to our warehouse systems so available stock is clearly shown on the product page.

In stock orders placed before 12pm will be shipped on the same day*. We use a next day shipping service so 95% of orders will arrive on the next business day*. In rare cases, or for Highlands and Islands, delivery may take a little longer.

Out of stock and available to order items will normally display an estimated delivery timescale on the product page. Once we receive your order we will contact you to confirm availability and let you know when to expect your order. If your order contains both in stock and out of stock items, then we are happy to dispatch the available products to you in advance.

*Shipping and delivery days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

My order has been delivered but part of it is missing?

When you order multiple items they will often be delivered as a number of separate packages. However, where possible we reduce the number of consignments by grouping products together, especially for smaller items and accessories, so do open and check every box thoroughly.

It is also fairly common for consignments to get split during their journey through the delivery network. This can mean that your packages will end up on different delivery vehicles. Typically these deliveries will all arrive the same day regardless. But in rare cases this could mean that your order is delivered over two days. Please check your tracking information for further details. The delivery labels will also tell you how many boxes to expect - look for 1 of 3, 2 of 3, etc. on the shipping labels.

Can you price match another retailer?

We work very hard to ensure that Ceiling Speaker World prices are always competitive. In the unlikely event that you do find a product cheaper elsewhere, we will do our very best to match it (while still providing our first class service and aftersales support 😃)

Can I get further discounts for a package deal?

We spend a lot of time making sure that our prices are extremely competitive from the start. As a result it may not be possible to offer you a better deal on packages containing certain products. However for larger orders or products which are not already discounted online, we may be able to offer a more competitive package price and a bespoke quotation. Please get in touch with us to discuss your requirements.

What if I need to return a product?

If you want to return a product because it is not performing as expected, please get in touch so we can understand the issue. Technical or performance related issues are often the result of common installation or setup mistakes. Discussing the problem with us could make all the difference and help to get everything working just right.

You can of course return a product for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Just get in touch and we can provide full return details. Please repackage the product in all the original packaging, not forgetting to include any accessories/documentation that it was supplied with. Please understand that we have to resell returned products, usually at a loss, and this puts additional pressure on our ability to offer great prices and outstanding service.
