As a Sonos Platinum dealer we pride ourselves on ensuring that our customers receive the very best service and Sonos experience. And we're so confident in the build quality and reliability of Sonos products that we now provide a free 6-year extended warranty on all Sonos products.

When you purchase a Sonos product or a package which includes a Sonos product, you will automatically receive the 6-year extended guarantee on the Sonos branded items. There is no need to register this guarantee, simply keep your packing slip or order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

If your Sonos product develops a fault within 6 years of the activation date it will be repaired free of charge. If the product cannot be repaired or is deemed unfit for repair it will be replaced with new. If the product is question has been discontinued then you will receive store credit to the full value of the item which can then be redeemed against any current Sonos product(s).

Terms & Conditions

• Our 6-year extended warranty is available for the following Sonos products; Amp, Arc Ultra, Beam Gen2, Ray, Sub Gen4, Sub Mini, Era 100, Era 300, Roam 2, Move 2, 6-Inch Ceiling Speakers, 8-Inch Ceiling Speakers, In-Wall Speakers, Outdoor Speakers. (Excludes Ace headphones).
• The warranty will start from the date of activation (the date you setup the product and register it with Sonos).
• Batteries are not covered by the extended warranty and will only be covered by the original manufacturers warranty.
• The extended warranty does not cover products installed for commercial use.
• The warranty does not cover accidental damage or misuse.
• A pre-paid return shipping label will be provided for the return of a faulty product, however you must repackage the item securely for its journey. Where possible we always recommend retaining the original packaging to make this easier in the unlikely event that a product does needs to be returned.
• This warranty is supplied and underwritten by The Specialist Audio Company Limited.
• Extended warranty valid on all Sonos purchases from 17th March 2025.
